These work so goodYou will figure out how to open case after breaking it in two.Extra super fine point markers.I like the colors and the fine tip but they don't flow after sitting for a while. These marker’s work really well.Reds always stain gaming mats and this is no exception. They work will only wipe off with something wet like there supposed to unless it's your hands. Then I'll come right off. Otherwise good product.Green pen doesn't work well. It's all bubbly and runny ink. Comes right off.Bought for toddler laminated wipe workbooks. It writes and doesnt smear much or at all after a minute. Thats good because toddlers have shakey hands. Once dry its permanent on page unless you use water and towel to wipe off. Wipes off completely with no trace, even the red. The big down side us that when you touch the wipe rag tge ink gets on your skin and diesnt come off. Fingers look like you just dyed easter eggs after a few minutes. For this reason, this us the wrong pen for us. I would add that they are in a really nice hard plastic pen case. This is important because you dont want to mix them with other types.I used to use dry-erase for white-boarding, notes, etc. They smudge too easily, and never wipe completely clean (unless you use a cleaning spray - wtf?) Once I tried using OH pens I was sold. They write great on glass, metal, plexiglass, and most other smooth surfaces, and come in a variety of tips. They don't smudge easily, and yes you need a damp cloth to wipe them clean, but you have to do that for dry-erase too, unless you want "ghosted" notes.I have a big, clear glass desk that I write directly on to for quick notes. Can't beat it.Did I mention it's Staedtler? These guys are old-school German good. They've been making some of the best damn drafting and art tools for a very long time. Their rulers and sketch tools are top-notch.I've been using these pens today for line-drawn illustrations on glass tiles, and I'm really very impressed. The ink dries quickly and doesn't smudge when you accidentally brush over it with your skin. You can make a determined effort to wipe it off with a dry finger and it really has no effect. Only when you use a damp cloth or run water over it is the ink effortlessly removed. One thing though: Stædler describe the tips as 'medium - 1.0mm' but in practice they are actually slightly finer tipped than Sharpie's 'fine - 0.9mm' markers. Not a problem for me. I just thought it was worth mentioning. I do intend to buy the fine tipped (0.6mm) version of these pens however for more intricate/detailed work.Use them for my Cima studies as I realised they use them in study centre. Very light, they don't erase until you use liquid on them. Very good product and I like them as they live thin lines so good for calculations and notes at homeI bought these to go with my Nyrex / Nirex folder for when I have to give a set of Orders on Annual Camp & weekends with the Army Cadet Force. They're really handy to write stuff onto the plastic pages, then simply wipe off when done - ready for next time. The pens are simple to use & give effective results. The different colours are also handy for main & sub headings, & the red stands out when including safety points.Inexpensive, effective & simplistic. Highly recommended.I searched for whiteboard markers on amazon and these came up, it said non-permanent so I thought they would be suitable for a whiteboard. Unfortunately they're not. The ink can only be removed from the whiteboard with a damp cloth (I can now see it says this in the description, I must have missed it the first time around) and even then there is a slight hue left behind. The pens look nice though and have a nice storage case, but not suitable for my needs. It writes perfectly on my laminated paper. It will smudge, but easy to wipe off weeks later.
